Over the years, Sentino has given more than 100 presentations, seminars and lectures on a wide variety of topics here in New Orleans and other countries. His current presentations, seminars and/or lectures are focused on business leadership, agency sustainability, Christianity and servant leadership, the Paradoxical Commandments, finding personal meaning at home, work and the positive impact of morality in the workplace. Sentino is a respected expert on technology, financial records management, securing financial resources, projects and mission, and healthcare polices, and their impact on urban communities. Sentino is business focused; community oriented and has provided civic and mission services throughout the US and other countries. In a distinguished professional career that has spanned over 25 years, Sentino has performed all of these roles with excellence. As a social worker, advocate and educator in the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan area, he continues to work towards setting the standard for all people. Derrick helped transform a broken New Orleans Juvenile Court into a model for the nation’s urban inner cities Juvenile Justice Systems. Through his innovative ideas, and support of mental health/behavioral health, healthcare, social services, education, and mentoring of young people and families, Freeman continues to help develop, support and transform systems to its prominence. Freeman, as a member of the National Association Social Workers, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and a host of other associations, he continues to practice, implement, develop and advocate for a united Greater New Orleans addressing the ever-changing needs. He is a respected expert on behavioral health and healthcare polices, and their impact on urban communities. His colleagues described him as well-suited to lead agencies, organizations and advisory boards, where he impacted policy in behavioral health, healthcare for the aging and infrastructure, the environment, crime prevention, juvenile justice, housing, jobs and recreation. Freeman was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1970. A 1988 graduate of Warren Easton Fundamental High School, Freeman earned a BA in Sociology/Social Welfare, a BS in Substance Abuse Counseling in 1995, and a MSW in 1998 from Southern University at New Orleans, and received a PhD degree from Jackson State University 2012. In a distinguished professional career that has spanned over 18 years, Dr. Freeman has performed all of these roles with excellence, and is one of the most accomplished servant-leaders in the nation. Sheila Allen Clinical Coordinator – New Orleans East Office E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org Sheila Allen is a Clinical Coordinator with Center for Hope Children and Family Services. In this role, Sheila manages all aspects of the daily office operations, including scheduling of clients appointments, maintaining compliance of personnel/medical records, as well as directly supporting the Program Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Clinical Supervisor.Sheila is no stranger to social services. Before joining Center for Hope in 2010, Sheila worked for several years at Louisiana Youth Enhanced Services (LA-YES) where Sheila was responsible for a diverse range of duties from clinical administrative assistant to administering clinical assessments and facilitating group therapy sessions.Drawing on many years experience in the mental health field, and office management, Sheila now focuses mainly on continuing her professional development and effective office operations. Sheila’s varied background in mental health and the corporate sector provide the perfect foundation for her supportive and managerial skills that are such an asset to Center for Hope Children and Family Services. Shawntell Barnes, MSW, CSW Case Manager – Slidell Office E-Mail: email@example.com Mrs. Shawntell Florent Barnes is a qualified Case Manager and holds a Master of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. In this integral role, Shawntell also lead’s a talented team of student interns from local community colleges, whose interest is providing effective behavioral health services to diverse populations. Shawntell is no stranger in the field of social work. She has spent five years faithfully serving her community at Louisiana State University (LSU) Medical Center and at Great Expectations Foundation. In her prior role she was responsible to conduct home visits, case management, screen hospital patients, schedule client follow ups, maintain data files and produce statistical reports. At this professional and confidential facility, Mrs. Barnes works closely with every client and pairs them with professionals and programs tailored to meet their specific needs. Mrs. Barnes is a devoted wife and a loving mother of two children. Dereyuan Williams, MSW, CSW Mental Health Professional/Case Manager – New Orleans East Office E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org Dereyuan Pickens-Williams is a qualified Casemanger/Mental Health Professional with Center for Hope Children and Family Services. Dereyuan holds a Master of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. Dereyuan has more than 6 years of professional and educational experience in Social Services. Dereyuan also provides on-site task supervision to our interns from local universities, undergraduate/graduate degree programs. As well as, fulfilling the role as a supporter of the local universities internship programs learning process. Dereyuan is no novice to the social work profession having spent several years as a student intern at Louisiana Youth Enhanced Services (LA-YES), Armstrong Family Services and Juvenile Drug Court where she was responsible for administering clinical assessments, co-facilitating group therapy sessions and participating in trainings, supervision and team meetings which taught her the importance of social services. Passionate about social work and its possibilities, Dereyuan provides information and support to clients and their families to assure and promote social justice and social change with on behalf of clients at Center for Hope Children and Family Services, LLC.
